Speaker Biography
Ana Betancourt is the co-founder and Head of Sound Innovations at Black Goblin. Her experience of over a decade as a Sound Designer for the creative industries as well as a very eclectic background which focuses on experimentation has shaped the company’s journey. Before Black Goblin, Ana collaborated with artists and professionals from different disciplines in dozens of international projects with her contributions delving into the realms of science, technology, and art.
As the Head of sound innovations for Black Goblin, she will often come up with challenges that use sound as a medium and science and technology as tools to find out-of-the-box solutions for creatives’ day-to-day issues with sound; her most recent endeavour is the leading of the company’s debut software product, an all-inclusive collaboration platform for sound making which brings art back into the equation of sound design.
